Solution: BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart, error Windows 7
bootmgr is a file for booting the Windows operating system. In Windows 7, the bootmgr file is stored in System Reserved or in Drive C. This depends on the first time you install Windows 7. If the hard disk partition table contains a "System Reserved" drive, then the bootmgr file is in the "System Reserved" drive. However, if the disk partition table does not have a System Reserved drive, then the bootmgr file is located in "Drive C".

| bootmgr file in Partition #1 = Drive C |
If we look at the picture above, if there is a System Reserved drive, then the bootmgr file is in "System Reserved (Partition #1)", and if there is no System Reserved drive, then the bootmgr file is in "Drive C (Partition #1)".

| Partition Status: System, Active, Primary Partition |
If we look at the picture above, the drive in which there is a bootmgr file, the partition status is:
- System Reserved = Healthy (System, Active, Primary Partition).
- Drive C = Healthy (System, Boot, Page File, Active, Crash Dump, Primary Partition).
The drive in which there is a bootmgr file, the partition status is "ACTIVE", but if the partition status is "INACTIVE", an error will occur "BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart".
Conclusion:
1. The bootmgr file is on the System Reserved drive (Partition #1), but if there is no System Reserved drive, the bootmgr file is on drive C (Partition #1).
2. The bootmgr file is in Partition #1.
3. The partition status is ACTIVE.

Klo ada drive System Reserved terus pada drive C kita klik mark a partition as active nantinya akan terjadi Error Status: 0xc000000f ya bang saat booting di windows 10?
ReplyDeleteYa benar.
DeleteContoh kasus:
Laptop user menggunakan Windows 10. Kemudian user membuka "Disk Management".
