Adjustment program is a portable software that is used to reset Epson printers because during the repair process the printer is disassembled or spare parts are replaced. This Epson printer utility device has three main functions, namely adjustment, maintenance, and appendix. The adjustment program can be used on computers running Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11.

The Epson Adjustment Program is an adjustment program that is used when the printer repair process is disassembled and one part of the printer is removed or replaced. When any part of the printer is removed or replaced, this will affect the print quality of the printer. In order for the printer's print quality to remain optimal, after the repair process is complete and the printer is reassembled, turn on the printer and then open the Adjustment Program. There are two main menus that can be used, namely Sequential adjustment mode and Particular adjustment mode.

Sequential adjustment mode is these are all the adjustment modes which may be necessary for servicing the devise. It gives the correct order to guide you once you select your replacement (repaired) parts. Multiple selections are available. Particular adjustment mode is you can select particular adjustment item.

When to use adjustment program

- Whenever the Main Board Unit is replaced, the required adjustment must be carried out.

- Whenever the P/S Assy is replaced, the required adjustment must be carried out.

- Whenever the Printer Mechanism is replaced, the required adjustments must be carried out.

- Whenever the Print head is removed/replaced, the required adjustments must be carried out.

- Whenever the Waste Ink Tray is replaced, the required adjustments must be carried out.

- Whenever the Waste Ink Pad Lower is replaced, the required adjustments must be carried out.

- Whenever the EJ Frame Assy is removed or replaced, the required adjustments must be carried out.

- Whenever the PF Motor is replaced, the required adjustments must be carried out.

- Whenever the CR Motor is replaced, the required adjustments must be carried out.

- Whenever the CR Unit is removed or replaced, the required adjustments must be carried out.

- Whenever the ASF Unit is removed or replaced, the required adjustments must be carried out.

- Whenever the Front Paper Guide Assy is removed or replaced, the required adjustments must be carried out.

- Whenever the Front Paper Guide Assy is removed or replaced, the required adjustments must be carried out.

- If you have removed or replaced multiple parts, make sure to check the required adjustments for the all parts. And when multiple adjustments must be carried out, be sure to carry out them in the order given in the “Priority” row.

Questions and Answers

Q: Error Code: 20000xxx when using the Adjustment Program. What to do?

A: Communication error! Error Code: 20000xxx occurs because the printer is not ready to accept commands from the Adjustment Program because it is still busy processing the previous command.

So when the printer receives the command example Main pad counter - Check, the power light will blink for about 60 seconds. The printer can process the next command example Main pad counter - Initialization after 60 seconds have passed. Communication error! Error Code: 20000xxx occurs because the second command "Main pad counter - Initialization" is done while the printer is still processing the previous command. So wait for the power light to stop flashing, then run the next command.
