Epson L495, ET-2650, EP-M570T Adjustment Program, Service Manual, Parts List

Epson L495, Epson ET-2650, Epson EP-M570T are three different printers but have the same spare parts. This is mentioned in the Service Manual and Parts List document for the Epson L495 / ET-2650 / EP-M570T (see paragraph below).

In this post, there are three pieces of information that we want to share, namely Service Manual, Parts List, and Adjustment Program. The Service Manual contains information about the specifications of a product, a list of error messages and solutions, how to disassemble and assemble the device, adjustment programs, lubricants, and more. The Parts List contains information about the name and serial number of each printer part. While the Adjustment Program is a utility software used to reset the printer after replacement / repair of spare parts, so that satisfactory print quality can be maintained.

Adjustment Program ET-2650 / EP-M570T

Sorry, we don't have an Adjustment Program for the Epson ET-2650 and Epson EP-M570T, but based on the similarity of spare parts (see Epson L495 / ET-2650 / EP-M570T Parts List), there is a possibility that the Epson L495 Adjustment Program can be used for Epson ET-2650 and Epson EP-M570T. Here's how.

Questions and Answers

Q: Error Code: 20000xxx when using the Adjustment Program. What to do?

A: Communication error! Error Code: 20000xxx occurs because the printer is not ready to accept commands from the Adjustment Program because it is still busy processing the previous command.

So when the printer receives the command example Main pad counter - Check, the power light will blink for about 60 seconds. The printer can process the next command example Main pad counter - Initialization after 60 seconds have passed. Communication error! Error Code: 20000xxx occurs because the second command "Main pad counter -> Initialization" is done while the printer is still processing the previous command. So wait for the power light to stop flashing, then run the next command.

When there is damage to the Epson printer and requires replacement of spare parts, after the damaged parts are replaced, then use the Adjustment Program to reset the printer so that it can work optimally with new spare parts. If you are having trouble repairing a faulty printer yourself, we recommend contacting an Epson Authorized Customer Service Center.
