Revision 01, June 1, 2012 is the second edition of the Service Manual for Canon MG2100, MG2200, MG3100, MG3200, MG4100, MG4200 series (2012 2H models). Revision 02, April 17, 2013 for Canon MG2100, MG2200, MG3100, MG3200, MG4100, MG4200 series. Note that the carriage motor is not designated as a service part. (5) If the error still occurs: -> Replace the part(s) listed on the right (under “Parts to be replaced if the listed solutions are not effective”).
